What the hell is a Mobility Officer? Is there a degree in Mobility? People used to be able to walk before Mobility officers were invented. Maybe the Mobility Officer should teach the teachers how to walk without tripping over a blind person’s walking stick? Do Mobility Officers need Mobility Officers for periodic assessments, just like Psychiatrists?
